The four game and three game schedules will split Major, AAA & AA teams in the 10 through 14-year-old age groups. In 9U teams will be split 9U & AA. All teams, no matter what classification, will compete for SUPER NIT points. In addition to SUPER NIT points, teams competing in the Major classification will also compete to earn a berth to the Elite World Series at Disney’s Wide World of Sports. As a result of competing for the Elite World Series berths the Major teams will be under pitching guidelines. Teams competing are urged to review the pitching guidelines, of the USSSA Baseball National Bylaws. It is each team’s responsibility to read and understand the guidelines prior to participating in the tournament. Pitching limitation charts will be distributed to team managers at check in. The Memorial Day Tournament will be played at Mid-America Sports Complex, Tiffany Hills Sports Park, Fountain Bluffs Sports Complex and Platte Ridge Park along with additional parks if needed. 2006- 189 teams -Important Information |
