Joplin Hotel/Motel

To be bracketed in a Joplin/KC Sports tournament, all teams requiring housing must book hotel/motel accommodations through the Joplin Sports Authority.

*  All rates are subject to tax.  The Joplin Sports Authority has documented the above rate informations specifically for this event.  The Joplin Sports Authority has only listed those hotels that chose to participate in this particular documentation based on the individual hotel's availability during the event dates and willingness to meet requirements. These rates will only be honored based on each individual hotel's cut-off date requirement for event reservations.  At that time, hotel reserves the right to change rates based on availability and event room rate.  Please make reservations in a timely manner to ensure availability and event room rate.  

Teams/individuals/parents will complete a lodging request and forward it to Martha Pope at the Joplin Sports Authority to begin the reservation process.  Teams & individuals will have the opportunity to list hotels/motels in their order of preference.  When Martha has recieved a housing request, she will contact the hotel/motel of choice and fill that request based on availability.  Once the reservation has been accepted, the hotel/motel will follow-up with their brand requirements (each hotel/motel has different quarantee/rooming list/cancellation/etc. requirements that must be satisfied at their property).
