5 pm - 8:30 pm  Road to Omaha® Jam Powered by Pontiac Garage Featuring Rodney Atkins

Country Artist Rodney Atkins will be the featured performer starting at 7:30 p.m.  This year's FREE concert, also featuring some of Omaha's best local bands, will be held outside the stadium gates in the southeast parking lot.

A review in the Miami Herald called Atkins "a gifted storyteller, capturing small town life, parenting and relationships with a keen eye and wit," while the New York Times described If You're Going Through Hell as "a motivational anthem …There’s a driving beat, and even the banjo line sounds somehow uplifting."

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Prairie Cats (swing)

7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Rodney Atkins

9pm Opening Ceremonies
At 9 pm the action will move inside Rosenblatt for the official Opening Ceremonies, featuring an Olympic-style introduction of the eight qualifying teams.  The Navy Leap Frogs parachute team will return this year accompanied by music and narration.  Nine jumpers will leap out of an aircraft at an altitude of 12,500 feet. During free fall, jumpers reach speeds of 120 mph and can accelerate up to 180 mph by pulling their arms to their sides and straightening their legs into what is called a "track."

The day’s activities will conclude with a fireworks extravaganza.

Please Note:  Public parking will not be allowed on Rosenblatt grounds during Opening Ceremonies

Autograph Day
Between 9 am and 6 pm, each team will practice at Rosenblatt. Practices are open to the public.

For 30 minutes following each practice at Rosenblatt on June 14th, the teams will sign autographs in the Rosenblatt Stadium Concourse brought to you by Pontiac, Official Performance Machines of the NCAA®.
