Tournament Director – Responsible for the overall tournament experience. Management of Field Supervisors, Field Support, Admissions and Retail Sales. Director also must interact with complex personnel, officials and our customers. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season that begins March and continues every weekend through July. There are also opportunities in September and October with our fall events.
Tournament Field Supervisor – This position is our direct contact with our customers, which include Managers, coaches, parents and players during our tournaments. Duties include making sure all games are on schedule, award presentation ceremony, social media posting, score and pitching reporting, policing of your area for litter, etc. Field Supervisors will notify the Tournament Director of any issues. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season that begins March and continues every weekend through July. There are also opportunities in September and October with our fall events.
Gate Admissions Staff – Responsible for managing gate operations and providing a positive first impression for teams and families entering the tournament. Duties include collecting admissions, issuing wristbands or passes, answering basic event questions, and communicating any issues to the Tournament Director. Gate staff will interact regularly with coaches, parents, players, and spectators while maintaining a friendly and professional environment. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season beginning in March and continuing every weekend through July, with additional opportunities available during fall events in September and October.
