Tournament Director – Responsible for the overall tournament experience. Management of Field Supervisors, Field Support, Admissions and Retail Sales. Director also must interact with complex personnel, officials and our customers. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season that begins March and continues every weekend through July. There are also opportunities in September and October with our fall events. Salary range $15-$20 per hour.
Tournament Field Supervisor – This position is our direct contact with our customers, which include Managers, coaches, parents and players during our tournaments. Duties include making sure all games are on schedule, award presentation ceremony, social media posting, score and pitching reporting, policing of your area for litter, etc. Field Supervisors will notify the Tournament Director of any issues. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season that begins March and continues every weekend through July. There are also opportunities in September and October with our fall events. Salary range $12-$15 per hour.
Event Support/Customer Service – We are looking for friendly, courteous, outgoing personnel to interact and assist our customers during the tournaments. This position is responsible for policing the facility for litter and sanatizing dugouts and highly trafficed areas. Flexible weekend shifts. This position offers employment during our tournament season that begins March and continues every weekend through July. There are also opportunities in September and October with our fall events. Salary range $10.35-$11 per hour.
Media Internships- KC Sports creates a hands-on learning experience, which prepares the intern for a career in Sports Media. The Multi-Media Journalist Intern is responsible for producing digital media content for KC Sports and our clients, which will increase brand recognition, promote future events, and grow social media following. The MMJ Intern will produce high quality sportscasts, features stories and promotional videos, which will be posted to multiple social media platforms and websites. The worthy candidate will produce video content for KC Sports and other clients.
